"Staff made the whole thing feel awkward"
We booked this thinking it would be a simple, relaxing ride, but the staff really changed the vibe for us. It’s not even about needing everyone to be overly cheerful or anything like that, but when we asked basic questions, they acted like we were bothering them.

Maybe they were just having an off day, who knows, but it came across as rude and uncomfortable. The ride itself could’ve been fine, but the way we were treated made it hard to enjoy, so I don’t think we’d go back.

"The history section made me doubt the whole thing"
At first I was willing to give it a chance, but the history part really threw me off. Some of the stories just sounded made up or exaggerated, and once I noticed that, it was hard to trust the rest of it. I kept wondering what else might not be accurate.

"Looked nice, but I didn’t feel safe"
The ride itself looked really nice, but the whole safety part felt rushed. Nobody really explained what was supposed to happen before we took off, and I kept feeling like I wasn’t sure what the next step was or what we were supposed to do. It made me uneasy the whole time. i wouldn’t book it again.

"Guide didn’t seem prepared"
It felt like our guide was kind of winging it the whole time and guessing at half the facts. Not really sure why they had someone leading the tour who didn’t seem to know much.

"We came in with a larger group..."
We came in with a larger group and felt squeezed in. I get that places want to accommodate as many people as possible, but it’s only fair to make sure guests have enough space to sit comfortably and enjoy themselves. It just felt a bit too crowded for our group.

"Too pricey, and the policy excuses made it worse"
I paid quite a bit for the tickets and walked away feeling like it wasn’t really worth it. The ride itself was fine, but it was short and nothing that special for the price. When I asked about it, I just kept getting the usual “that’s our policy” type of answer, which was frustrating and didn’t really help. For what they charge, I expected a lot more. It felt more like a tourist trap than a memorable experience, and I wouldn’t buy tickets again.

"Rough weather and even rougher communication"
We booked a carriage ride, and unfortunately the weather turned bad. I totally understand they can’t do anything about the rain, but the whole situation was handled really poorly. The most frustrating part was how unclear the communication was. We were just standing around waiting, not sure if the ride was still happening, delayed, or canceled. It would’ve made a big difference if someone had simply explained the plan or gave us updates sooner. Overall, it ended up being a annoying experience.

"Not the most family-friendly place!!!"
Our family didn’t feel super welcome here... It just seemed way more geared toward adults than kids?? The whole visit ended up feeling kind of stressful instead of fun, which was disappointing!!!

"Pretty underwhelming route"
I was kind of disappointed with the carriage ride. I expected to see more charming old streets or at least a few spots, but the route felt random and boring. A lot of it was just regular traffic, parked cars, and nothing all that interesting to look at. For what we paid, I really thought the views would be better. I also didn’t get the feeling that customer service would’ve cared much if we brought it up, so we just left it alone. I wouldn’t do it again.

"Pretty sure it was more of a ride than a tour"
It was fine for looking around, and I guess it was nice enough overall. But i didn’t really come away feeling like I learned much. It felt more like just being taken around than getting any real history or background.

"Stable felt really neglected"
I was let down by the stable area. The smell hit me right away, and the place just looked dirty, like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in a while. The floors were a mess, and the whole vibe made it feel like nobody was really keeping up with it. The ride itself was fine, but after seeing the condition of the stable, it kind of left a bad impression overall.

"Left way later than we booked??"
We booked our ride for a specific time and even showed up early like they told us to, but then we just ended up standing there waiting around with no real update?? The carriage finally left way later than expected, and it was frustrating.
It threw off our dinner plans afterward, and nobody really seemed all that concerned about it. I totally understand that delays can happen, but at least let people know what’s going on. I wouldn’t book again if being on time matters.

"Accessibility support fell short for me"
I had a hard time accessing what I needed, and the accessibility help didn’t really feel available when I looked for it. It was frustrating because I expected that support to be easier to use. Personally, I wouldn’t rely on this if accessibility is important to you.

"Heads up: the pacing really ruined the tour"
Just a warning for anyone thinking about booking this: the pacing was really frustrating. We spent too much time sitting around at the beginning, and then once things finally started, it suddenly felt like we were being rushed from one stop to the next.

It was hard to actually enjoy the ride or take in what we were seeing because the guide kept moving things along before we could really listen or look around. For what it cost, I expected something much smoother and more relaxed. I personally wouldn’t book it again

"Pretty uncomfortable ride, honestly"
I don’t know, the carriage just wasn’t very comfortable for me. The seats felt really hard after a while, and with the ride being kind of bumpy, I couldn’t really settle in or relax. I kept shifting around trying to get comfortable, but it just didn’t happen

It wasn’t a great experience. Everything felt rushed, and on top of that, it was boring. What really frustrated me was that it felt like the goalposts kept moving, so just when I thought I understood what to expect, things would change again. Not something I’d be excited to do again...

"Check-in was kind of a mess"
Checking in took way longer than I thought it would, and it was like nobody really said what was happening or where I was supposed to go. The whole thing just felt not very together, if that makes sense.
